May 03, 2013It is the sequel to 2007 Bollywood film Shootout at Lokhandwala. The film features an ensemble cast that includes John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Kangna Ranaut and Ronit Roy. The film will dramatise the first-ever registered encounter by Mumbai police, where gangster Nitesh Dhamne was shot dead, which took place at Vidyalankar Institute of Technology, Wadala, Mumbai on November 1, 1982
There is barely any semblance of storytelling here and the film just revels in its violence. It all feels empty beyond a point because none of the characters are developed enough for us to care.
