Shudh Desi Romance has a fresh feel to it. Just like Band Baaja Baarat, The other movie by the same director. There are lots of lip-locks. In fact, This movie breaks the number of on-screen kisses. But that is not the USP of this film. The story is quite suited to modern day youth. Cheesy lines and dialogs that will keep you entertained for 141 minutes. Parineeti Chopra is fabulous. She can act and this film proves that. Sushant Singh fits to his role.But the surprise package is Vaani Kapoor. She is brilliant.
The ending of the film could have been better. It's frustrating and isn't justified.
